The lodge has a large kitchen with inside BBQ, breakfast nook and sunny eating area, large sitting are with a large fireplace and TV, Pool table, Piano, Pond, and the Sevier River runs threw the property. It offers 9 bedrooms with private baths. 

Recreation

Close to Paiute ATV Trail System. Easy access. 

Fishing: Sevier River, Clear Creek, Piute Reservoir is large enough for boats, but is 25 miles south on Highway 89.

Hiking

Right on the Candy Mountain Express Bike Path, that goes from Big Rock Candy Mountain to Elsinore. About 15 miles total.

Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort (6 miles south) has rafting available.

Fremont Indian State Park and Museum is 6 miles West on the old highway. Lots of petroglyphes.

Beautiful Scenery to see and explore is unlimited.
